This weekend I have 2 weddings, tomorrow Friday at a regular venue for me Hedsor House with an English civil ceremony followed by a Persian ceremony straight-afterwards which should be very interesting. Then I pack up and get in my Audi and head all the way up the M40 to Leicestershire where I am photographing the wedding of Emma and Ste in a Ashby-de-la-Zouch church followed by a reception at Thrumpton Hall in Nottinghamshire. Emma just happens to be my lovely niece which is why I was very happy to drive up to the Lake District on a very rainy weekend a couple of months ago to shoot these pre-wedding pictures for them followed by a trip to Morcombe pier, the home of Eric Morcombe (I even saw the statue!!). Emma & Ste even re-enacted the “Bring Me Sunshine” dance from the 70’s classic Morcombe & Wise shows. One thing is for sure, I know Emma will look amazing as she got her dress from the amazing Ellie Sanderson Bridal boutique and Ellie herself will be dressing her on the big day, handy as Ellie is her Aunt and going to the wedding!!
