March, April and May have been extremely busy months for both wedding and pre-wedding shoots but I love visiting and photographing a couple at a venue that is new to me. Robbie and his fiance Stacey are getting hitched on 4th August 2012 at a local church and then having their reception for their wedding at The Great Barn at Aynho in Oxfordshire. Wedding photographers are especially blessed by the range and number of totally gorgeous venues in Oxfordshire be it stately halls like Eynsham Hall or Heythrop Park or Barns like The Great Barn at Aynho or The Tythe Barn or even upmarket boutique venues with Michelin starred food such as Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons We had a great time getting these images and there is a very beautiful but well hidden lake down on the woods where we shot some images on the bridge. We are hoping on the wedding day that it won’t be as tricky and muddy to get down there for some of the signature shots of the couple, certainly Stacey won’t be risking her Jimmy Choos if it is wet!!
