Jewish Wedding Portrait | Bath Assembly Rooms

Jewish Wedding Photography

I love to capture all the traditions at a Jewish Wedding and 2014 saw me photographing two equally exciting but completely different Jewish weddings. The one I photographed down in Bath at The Assembly Rooms in late November was a grand event with many guests. Time was very tight after the formal family shots before the couple were due in for dinner so I took the opportunity to take them up to an indoor balcony for a few bridal portraits. Using off camera flash and having my second photographer stand low down behind the couple holding a flashgun set to 1/4 power on a manual setting triggered wirelessly I was able to achieve this romantic bridal couple image. I love the soft rim lighting around the couple and the soft pastel tones of the image. The gorgeous dress the bride is wearing is Suzanne Neville and this and the veil were from Ellie Sanderson Bridal Boutiques.
