Wedding of Holly & Richard, Cliveden House, Berkshire – 20th June 2009

I posted a few “sneaky peak” images from this wedding a few weeks ago but now the edit is finished I can post some of the final images. What a lovely day this was, after the terrible weather leading up to it the days was glorious allowing the guests to roam around the beautiful grounds of National Trust property Cliveden House. Holly was 6 months pregnant by the time we did the wedding, a surprise to me as she hadn’t been 6 months earlier when we did the pre wedding shoot there. I love weddings when then is lots of great humour and banter between the groom and his groomsmen and Richard and his brother who are totally identical twins were on fine form. When I told them they were “looking good” in the photos they said “no, Dave YOU are looking good” and I was christened LGD or “Looking Good Dave”. We had great fun with the signature shots I do of bride and groom, Richard even pretending to make a run for it at one point. Holly looked radiant and beautiful and had a choice of about 3 pairs of shoes (she is a self confessed shoe-aholic) for the big day. I left them about 7pm when their evening guests arrived to be ferried by bus down to a launch site on the Thames behind Cliveden where they were all going to party the night away on a river boat………a fantastic fun wedding!
